Ioanna–Panagiota Kalafati is a graduate of the “Department of Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences” at Harokopio University of Athens (HUA) and holds an MSc in “Clinical & Public Health Nutrition” at University College London (UCL). She has a PhD on gene-diet/lifestyle interactions from HUA, led by Prof GV Dedoussis. She is a research associate and an adjunct lecturer in the “Department of Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences” at HUA and the “Department of Dietetics & Nutrition” at University of Thessaly. She has published 23 peer-reviewed articles in international scientific journals (h-index=12) and has participated in 13 national and international scientific congresses.
