Dr. Antonia Dimitra Karagiannis obtained her basic degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health and Welfare Professions of the Technological Educational Institution of Crete (2005). She continued her postgraduate studies specializing in Clinical Nutrition at the Harokopion University of Athens (2008). She completed her doctoral thesis at the University of Thessaly, Department of Special Education (2019) where she continues her postdoctoral research. Since 2019, he has been working as an Academic Scholar (Lecturer) in the Faculty of Nutrition and Dietetics, University of Thessaly, Karditsa, in the Faculty of Food Technology, University of Thessaly, Karditsa, in the Department of Food and Nutrition, University of Thessaly, Karditsa and in the Department of Dietetics & Nutrition, University of Thessaly, Trikala. Field of interest is vitamin D and Special Education.
